As long as the product is used according to the instructions, you will get the results as stated. If there is a problem we want to know immediately so that it can be rectified.
What is your policy regarding returns?
Requests for returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis.

What are your shipping charges?
The minimum shipping charge is $3.00. If you want to know what it will cost for shipping before placing your order, just click on Your Cart in the menu at the very top of your screen on the right side. A new window will open showing the cost of your items, shipping charges and taxes, if applicable.
There are three components considered when calculating shipping charges. The first is a minimum charge for the cost of packaging materials. These materials are then weighed and the cost of shipping them is estimated (the second component). Thirdly, the products that you have ordered are then weighed and the cost of shipping that weight is added to the other two elements.
